What are Carbon Monoxide warning signs?
Carbon Monoxide is serious and can cause long-term health problems. It is hazardous as you can't see it taste or smell it. Some symptoms are headaches, dizziness, nausea, breathlessness, collapse or loss of consciousness. If you suspect carbon monoxide turn off all gas appliance and leave the area for fresh air
Safety Alerts
Safety alerts are issued when there are significant flaws that have the potential to cause serious or fatal injuries and when urgent action is needed.
When a safety hazard arises that, if left unattended, could cause a major or fatal injury, a safety alert is sent out.
